: Approval of specific ethical commitee was not seeked, since the case was anonimized, and according to the 40. § (3) of the Hungarian act of Forensic Experts (2016.XXIX), this data can be utilized freely for scientific and educational purposes without special ethical permission. Publication of anonymized case reports does does not qualify as a medical research by Hungarian law (Act CLIV of 1997 on health, government decree 235/2009. (X. 20.), decree 23/2002. (V.9.) EüM) so it is not possible to issue a research ethics permit – it can be published without it.
