: We conducted this clinical-translational work adhering to all local legal and ethical guidelines. All participants provided informed consent (or their respective next of kin/legal representatives), and insitutional review board (IRB) approval was obtained prior to the initiation of the study. All patients were enrolled in the Cleveland Clinic, whereas CSF samples were analyzed at the University of Vanderbilt. A materials and data transfer agreement between both institutions was secured before any samples were transferred.
