: This study was initiated and overseen by the Ethics Committee of West China Hospital, Sichuan University, which serves as the lead center for this multicenter study (Approval Number: 2023 Research No. 2009). Subsequently, ethics approval for the participating site, Yibin Second People's Hospital, was obtained from its local ethics committee (Approval Number: 2024–186-01). Although some participants were enrolled at the secondary site prior to local approval, all study procedures were conducted under the ethical supervision of the lead institution. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants or their legal representatives before inclusion. The study followed the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and applicable institutional regulations.
