: This study utilized publicly available summary statistics from GWAS obtained from the eQTLGen Consortium, UK Biobank and FinnGen database. As the analysis was conducted using existing publicly available data and did not involve direct human subject participation, individual patient consent and institutional ethics committee approval were not required. The original data collections were conducted with appropriate ethical approvals and participant consent. The study adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and followed standard guidelines for conducting Mendelian randomization studies.
