: Human umbilical cord blood and tissues used in the study were obtained from individuals who had a healthy pregnancy and volunteered to participate to the study with informed consent in the department of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Polyclinic at Istanbul Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital. The peripheral blood mononuclear cells used in the study as the control group and were obtained from a healthy individual who volunteered to participate to the study with informed consent in the department of Medical Biology at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine.
