: Animal experiments were conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the animal unit committee at KFMRC. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Biomedical Ethics Research Committee (approval no. ACUC-22–1-2) at King Abdulaziz University and followed the rules and regulations of the Animal Care and Use Committee at the KFMRC, which complied with the “System of Ethics of Research on Living Creatures” guidelines prepared by King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology and were approved by Royal Decree No. M/59 dated 24 August 2010. The study was performed at the King Fahad Medical Research Center, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from June 1, 2022, to July 16, 2022.
