: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the University of Pittsburgh and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the University of Pittsburgh (STUDY19030228). This study is approved for future studies to be completed on previously collected biospecimen samples, genetic and outcome data. All data are coded with a unique identifying number, different from the patient’s medical record number or social security number, to maintain confidentiality.
