Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All patients had signed the informed consent and none of patients had undergone radiotherapy or chemotherapy. This study was approved by the Institutional Research Ethics Committee of Hanchuan City People’s Hospital of Wuhan University. Every experiment was conducted using minimize animals (n = 7 per group) under the approval of the Animal Research Committee of Hanchuan City People’s Hospital of Wuhan University.
