: We obtained permission from Addis Ababa University, the local administrative office and local communities to conduct the research. Besides, verbal informed consent was obtained from respondents before administering the household survey. The objective and methodology of the study were explained to each study participant. All participants participated voluntarily. Anonymity was ensured using secret codes for each study participant.
