: This case report is a retrospective report of an already operated emergency case with no planned or study-based human intervention conducted. While this study involved a human participant, no identifying picture or information has been used, and was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institution and the 1964 Helsinki Declaration. No animals were part of the study. Ethics committee approval remained exempted and not applicable for this report.
