: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Ethics Committee for Human Research (IECHR), Faculty of Family and Community Sciences, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (No. ECHR/FCSc/M.Sc./2022/48). Verbal and written informed consent were obtained, with participants informed of their right to withdraw. Anonymity was ensured through assigned identity numbers, and strict confidentiality and privacy were maintained throughout the study.
