: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Ethics Committee for Human Research (IECHR), Faculty of Family and Community Sciences, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (No. ECHR/FCSc/M.Sc./2022/48). Anonymity was ensured through assigned identity numbers, and strict confidentiality and privacy were maintained throughout the study.
