: This study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) of Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya Cancer Centre (MPMMCC), Varanasi, during the 58th IEC meeting held on 27.11.2024 (Project Number: 11000825). The IEC reviewed and approved the study protocol, case record form, and related documents, granting a waiver of informed consent since the study involved a retrospective review of patient data from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 with no direct patient contact. The study adhered to institutional and ethical guidelines, and approval was granted for analyzing data from 90 patients.
