: This study approved by the Deputy of Research and Technology of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Islamic Azad University of Isfahan (Khorasgan). This article is a part of a graduate thesis in the field of medical-surgical nursing. The information of this study is registered with the moral ID (code) of 492043 from the Formal Ethics Committee of Deputy of Research and Technology of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. All procedures performed in the present study, involving human participants, were under the ethical standards of the institutional national research committee as well as the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The participants provided written informed consent before each interview. Participation in this study was voluntary. The transgender participants were assured they could withdraw from the research at any time without any effect on the quality of healthcare services and social support they received, and they are anonymous.
