: All data were entered with an anonymous code into an access database specifically developed for the study. The study protocol was submitted to the Ethics commission of the canton of Vaud, Commission cantonale d’éthique de la recherche sur l’être humain (CER-VD), and the need for ethics approval was waived and granted exemption, as it is deemed unnecessary according to national Swiss regulations. It was realized in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was given by all participants by answering the first question of the survey.
