: The author’s formal affiliation as a higher degree by research student with the University of Tasmania, Australia has come to an end. I satisfied the requirements of a Doctor of Philosophy (Environmental Studies), at the School of Geography, Planning, and Spatial Sciences on 9 December 2025. As such, I can no longer publish open access through the CAUL (Council of Australian University Libraries) agreement, that would cover Article Processing Charges (APCs). Instead, I am a Sole-Trader Researcher & Writer (see ABN above for Rutherford Research). In this new status, I will not be able to cover APCs.
