: Ethical clearance for the research was obtained from the Unisa College of Human Science Research Ethics Committee and the reference number for this study is 90528980_CREC_CHS_2023. The study upheld the ethical principles of doing no harm, obtaining informed consent from the participants, and maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of participants and their data. This was ensured by informing participants of the costs and benefits of the study prior to their involvement and making participation in the study voluntary. The data was stored in a password-protected laptop that only the researchers had access to and using pseudonyms when reporting the results of the study.
