: This study is part of a doctoral thesis and received approval from the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) of the University of Western Australia (RA/4/20/5652). The university adheres to the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (Australia) to ensure that ethical standards are upheld throughout the research process. All ethics protocols were maintained during the fieldwork. Survey participants were provided with an informed consent form prior to the interviews and only those who voluntarily agreed to participate were included as respondents in the study.
