Ethics Approval and Consent to Participate: This research was carried out within the doctoral programme at the Autonomous University of Barcelona between 2017 and 2023 and successfully passed the programme’s annual quality, scientific and ethical compliance reviews, five in total. All interviews conducted for the study took place after the informed consent form was signed by all required parties. All data have been handled in a strictly anonymous manner.
