Compliance and Ethical Standards

: All participants signed a consent form prior to answering the survey. Some of the participants were not adults. One of their parents read the questionnaire and gave their consent for their child’s participation in the study. The minor aged participants signed a consent form after verification that they understood the study’s aims. The authors followed all ethical requirements of research involving human participants. The Ethics Committee of Tel-Aviv University, Israel approved this research.
