: Ethical approval to conduct this study was granted by the University of British Columbia’s Behavioural Research Ethics Board [certificate # H18–00752] and Wilfrid Laurier University’s Research Ethics Board [certificate # 5719].

: Before commencing the questionnaire, all participants at both universities were prompted to consent to participating in the research. The consent form outlined the purpose of the research, the eligibility criteria, what will be done with the data, confidentiality concerns, ethical considerations, withdrawal procedures (i.e., the ability to withdraw during and after participation in the study), as well as researcher contact information for any inquiries about the study. Only participants who provided informed consent were invited to complete the questionnaire.
