: Excess weight in adolescence is a risk factor for the development of future health problems and obesity. Our study shows maladaptive decision making based on feedback in excess weight adolescents. Thus, designing interventions aimed at reducing reward sensitivity and increasing inhibitory control in this population is advisable.
