: Ethical approval was given by a local ethics committee and the CNIL (<i>Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés</i>: National Commission on Informatics and Liberty). Before starting the study, approval was obtained from the heads of the regional and district education authorities, as well as the head and the teachers of the school. Parents also gave written informed consent and all the children were volunteers.
