: As we were working only with adult participants who gave informed consent and could withdraw at any time, we did not seek approval from an ethics committee. The questionnaire was anonymous, making it impossible to match individual answers to specific people. All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.
