Declarations
:
: The study adhered to the principles articulated in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later addenda. Formal ethical approval from the review board of CHINTA Research Bangladesh [ref: chinta/2023/5] was obtained for all stages involving human participants and patients. Before their inclusion in the study, participants were briefed on its objectives and purposes. They were informed about their right to decline participation or withdraw at any stage. It was emphasized that all data collected would be anonymized and used solely for research purposes. No identifying information was recorded, ensuring the privacy of all participants. They were required to provide written informed consent for their involvement in the study, acknowledging that they understood the study’s aims, their rights as participants, and the measures taken to protect their confidentiality. Participant data was anonymized and securely stored. To mitigate biases, the machine learning models were tuned to balance sensitivity and specificity, and efforts were made to minimize overfitting through cross-validation and regularization.
