: This study conducted a survey among employees working in a focal company. At the time of data collection in South Korea, Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval was not required. Furthermore, the survey was carried out anonymously, with all participants providing self-reported information. The study proceeded after obtaining permission from the participants through a cover letter written in Korean. The cover letter clearly stated that participants were free to withdraw from the survey at any point if they felt uncomfortable or unwilling to continue, without facing any consequences.
