: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the University of Miyazaki (O-1278). In the preliminary survey, informed consent was obtained in a written or online manner with voluntary participation in the study. In the main survey, a consent form and document explaining the present study were sent to each candidate participant, along with questionnaires. The explanation document included the contact information of the first author to respond to any inquiries regarding the present study and to accept the withdrawal of consent.
