: Prior to commencing the study, ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the University of Health Sciences Dr. Suat Seren Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery Training and Research Hospital (Date: May 11, 2022; Decision No: 2022/29–34). Additionally, institutional permission was granted by the İzmir Provincial Health Directorate, under which the hospital operates. Authorization to use the scales was obtained from the respective authors. Patients were informed about the study through an informed consent form, and those who agreed to participate and met the inclusion criteria were included in the study.
