: The Ethics Committee of the Semnan University of Medical Sciences approved this study (ethic code: IR.SEMUMS.REC.1396.463). (September, 2017). The protocol for emotion regulation training, along with a summary of the research procedure was sent to Prof. Gross from Sandford University, and he consented to its use for this study. This study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration on Human Sample Research and APA guidelines for working with human subjects and also CONSORT guidelines. The students’ parents were given a written explanation of the training program and study’s purpose, and asked to sign a written consent form allowing their children to participate and publishing the general analysis results of research. Participants in the control group were registered on a waiting list and after the follow-up, emotion regulation training was provided for them.
