: This study did not involve direct interaction with human participants. All analyses were conducted using de-identified health registry and genetic data obtained through the FinnGen project. The FinnGen study has received ethical approval from the Coordinating Ethics Committee of the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS), under approval number HUS/990/2017. The current study constitutes secondary research on anonymized data and was conducted in full compliance with relevant ethical guidelines and regulations. In accordance with Finnish legislation and institutional protocols, informed consent was not required for analyses involving anonymized registry data.
