: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The paper is based on primary research for the fulfilment of MA in Applied Psychology Degree. The Institute does not provide IRB approval for Masters dissertation. However, care was taken to adhere to ethical research guidelines while collecting data, maintaining utmost confidentiality and pseudonymisation of data was also done. The second author is trained and certified in CITI (The Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program)) for Research and Ethics. Thus, both the authors ensured data was collected sensitively and used responsibly.
: A written consent was sought from all participants at the beginning of the study and they were also taken through a debriefing session post the interviews, if they felt distressed or wanted to share anything else. They were also explicitly told that they have the right to drop out of research anytime they wanted to.
