Ethical: Ethical approval was obtained from the Israeli Ministry of Education Ethics Committee as well as from the Institutional Review Board of the Faculty of Education at Haifa university (number 239-25). The research protocol was conducted in accordance with the relevant institutional guidelines and regulations for research involving human participants. Information about the study, including the publication of anonymized data, was sent to parents/guardians. Participation was contingent on passive parental consent, and adolescents whose parents/guardians did not object to their participation were included in the study.
