: This study was conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Experimental Animal Care and Use Committee of Soochow University, and all animal experiments were conducted in compliance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Medical Laboratory Animals (Ministry of Health, China) and institutional guidelines. All the animals were maintained under anesthesia in the model-building, tracer injection, PET scanning, and sacrificing to avoid animal sufferings.
