: The study had been approved by the Ethical Review Board of the School of Pharmacy, College of Health Sciences, Addis Ababa University, referenced as ERB/SOP/631/17/2024. Farmers gave oral consent to collect the milk samples and were monetarily compensated for the samples at the price rate on the market. Oral consent was deemed appropriate by the ERB due to the noninvasive nature of milk sampling and was followed by financial compensation.
