: This research study was conducted retrospectively using anonymized data obtained from clinical treatment plans. As per the guidelines of the institutional research committee, ethical approval was not required for this study due to its retrospective nature and the use of pre-existing, de-identified data.
: No actual patient irradiation was performed as part of this study, and the analysis was conducted on simulated treatment plans for Modified Radical Mastectomy (MRM) patients. Participant consent was not required due to the use of anonymized data.
