: Breast cancer cell line MCF-7 (ATCC HTB-22) was obtained from American Type Cell Collection (ATCC, Manassas, VA). Blood samples of healthy volunteers were collected after informed and written consent under IRB #L19-043 of Texas Tech University Health Sciences, Lubbock, Texas.
