: At the time this article conceived, Dr Aya Pastrana was affiliated with Università della Svizzera italiana. While conducting the research and working on the manuscript she was a Co-Founder and Honorary President of the Latin American Social Marketing Association (LAMSO) on a volunteer basis, and the Founding President of IMEK Research Center in Marketing and Development, both non-profit organizations legally registered in Latin American countries. On the other hand, Dr. Obregón was employed first as Chief, Communication for Development (Programme Division) for Unicef, and later as UNICEF Paraguay Representative.
