: Study was conducted with ethical clearance from the University of Dschang (UDs), which provided an introductory letter addressed to the local authorities to solicit their help and guidance during the study. Authorization from local chiefs was obtained orally at each site, and during individual interviews, a free and informed consent form was presented to each respondent to sign if they voluntarily agreed to take part in the study.
