: The study adhered to the International Society of Ethnobiology (ISE) Code of Ethics ( ). Prior to conducting interviews, informed consent was obtained from all participants. Participants were fully briefed on the purpose of the research, the methods used, and their rights, including the voluntary nature of participation and the option to withdraw at any time without consequence.No personal or identifying information was collected, and data were anonymized to ensure confidentiality. The research team maintained respectful engagement with local communities and emphasized reciprocity through knowledge sharing and feedback sessions where possible.
