: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards outlined in the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity and the Declaration of Helsinki. It involved interviews with adult Portuguese deputies who participated voluntarily and provided informed consent. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Data Protection Office of the University of Aveiro.
