: Pharmacokinetic studies will be performed with approved animal ethical committee and approved number IAEC/I/07/RIPER/2022, to determine the relative bioavailability of prepared formulation. This study will be performed on 30 male wistar rats with average weight of 250 g. The animals will be divided into five groups with 6 animals in each group. The animal groups will be named as Control, Nano-formulation, Conjugate, Standard 1 and Standard 2. They will be kept under fasting conditions before the experiments.
