: Clinical samples used in this study were collected by hospital staff at Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH), Peshawar as part of routine diagnostic procedures. The authors received only bacterial isolates from the hospital pathology laboratory with institutional permission and had no direct interaction with patients or access to identifiable patient information. Therefore, the study involved only laboratory analysis of anonymized bacterial isolates and did not require additional ethical approval from the authors’ institution.
