: In TAVI, choosing the appropriate size of the Lotus device remains challenging. As Lotus sizing is based on anatomical aortic root dimensions, often two valve sizes might be selected for the same patient. Patient-specific computer simulations have shown to accurately assess postoperative aortic regurgitation and the risk of new conduction abnormalities. Therefore, it can offer insight on patients with equivocal aortic root dimensions and provide additional information related to optimal device size and position.
