: The existing diagnostic methods for SS are laborious and costly. In the current study, we identified lncRNAs as potential circulating biomarkers for SS and evaluated the efficiency of lncRNAs for diagnosing SS. This study provided a theoretical basis for early screening of SS, which may help to implement salt-limiting interventions at an early stage, thereby reducing the burden of cardiovascular diseases.
