Indeed, it must be used together with a subscription on the Athletica platform (Athletica Inc., , which also include free-trial subscriptions). The subscription to the Athletica platform is needed for the computation of the ‘reference’ profile and therefore to use this Garmin Connect IQ App. Both authors hold stocks at Athletica Inc.
