: The study was conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki, Protection of Human Volunteers and Institutional Review Boards (1957 which was updated in 2008) protecting the patient’s rights. The study was approved by the Faculty of Medicine’s Ethical Committee (Code Number: R.24.02.2522). An informed consent was taken either written or verbally from the patient himself, or their parent/guardian or next of kin. In the case of verbal consent, 2 witnesses from medical staff hear the approval of the patient and it is reported on the system of MUH. The written informed consent form in Arabic for participation in the study is available according to the Institutional Review Board of the Medical Research Ethics Committee of Mansoura Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University Approval (Code Number: R.24.02.2522).
