: This study adhered to ethical principles rooted in the Declaration of Helsinki and received approval from the ethical review boards (ERBs) of Shanghai Chest Hospital, Henan Cancer Hospital, and First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical Hospital. Due to the retrospective nature of the study, formal consent for information release was fully waived by Shanghai Chest Hospital and partially waived by the other two sites for deceased individuals and those lost to follow-up.
