: This trial received ethical approval from the Ethics Commission Westfalen Lippe (Reference number: 2024–368-f-S) on 19/09/2024. The approved version of the study protocol is version 2. Before enrollment, participants will receive detailed information about the study and provide written informed consent. The findings of this randomized pilot study will be disseminated through peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
