However, approvals from the involved SHIs were obtained to use their data for this study, and the data that support the findings of this study are not publicly available. Patient consent was waived as this study was a retrospective database analysis based on previously available and fully anonymised data and did not involve any new studies of human or animal subjects performed by any of the authors.
