: The study was conducted by Avalere Health (London, UK), a contract research organization, in accordance with the ethical principles specified in the Declaration of Helsinki and the requirements of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation. All participants provided electronic informed consent to participate in the survey. All personal information of all participants was de-identified to protect confidentiality. The survey was double-blind; participants did not know who the sponsor was, and the sponsor did not have access to any individual information about participants.
