: This cohort was collected during routine medical care, and it is part of the study entitled “Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of endoscopic dilation combined with biological therapy for the treatment of intestinal strictures in patients with Crohn’s disease” (Endo_Bio-Crohn, study ID 6815), Principal Investigator: Prof. Franco Scaldaferri. The study was approved on 08/08/2024 by the Territorial Ethics Committee Lazio Area 3. All enrolled patients signed informed consent to participate in the study. This study was performed in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration of 1964 and its later amendments.
